Guitarists Rick Moore and Jimmy Nalls penned all but two of the 13 songs on this Nashville release. Their sound is a mix of horn-driven R&B, '60s soul, Southern Rock, and twangy country that seems appropriate for the Music City. Sidemen include keyboardists Reese Wynans and Carson Whitsett, trumpeter Wayne Jackson, and harp blower William Howse, all seasoned hands who know how to provide the right backdrop for Moore's gritty vocals no matter which bag he's working in. -JDK
